This requires approximately 1-2 cubic feet of freezer space. If you don't have a small chest freezer, they are affordable and are a great investment that will serve you for many years. Most stores sell online, and will deliver and set up for free or for a minimal fee!
Included:
60 lbs of vacuum-packed 100% Black Angus Beef
- 25% steaks: Ribeyes, Filets, NY Strip, Sirloin, Round
- 30% roasts & specialty cuts: chuck roast, sirloin tip roast, arm roast, rump roast, short ribs, stew meat, and kabob meat
- 45% premium ground beef: 85/15 blend
How it works: We reserve one of our premium angus steers for your family. Our USDA-certified butcher will process your beef and pack it in individual vacuum-sealed packages. Once your beef is ready, we will reach out to set up your pick-up or delivery date!
