A half beef will keep a beef loving family of 4 fed for up to and even over 6 months and represents the most economical way to buy our beef for your family. With this package, you'll have your own little grocery store premium angus beef section right at home in your freezer. And the best part....we can deliver it to your door free of charge! This package requires 7-9 cubic feet of freezer space.
Oh! If you don't have a big enough freezer, they're affordable and are a great investment that will serve you for many years! Most stores sell online, and will deliver and set up for free or for a minimal fee!
Included:
Approximately 250 lbs of vacuum-packed 100% Black Angus Beef
- 25% steaks: Ribeyes, Sirloins, NY Strip, Filets, Skirt, Flank, Round
- 30% savory cuts: chuck roast, sirloin tip roast, arm roast, rump roast, brisket, short ribs, beef back ribs, kabob meat, and stew meat
- 45% premium ground beef: 85/15 blend
Choose from Standard or Custom cuts, crafted to your specifications! Custom cut allows you to choose the thickness of your steaks, and how many you want per package. It also allows you to choose T-bones and Porterhouse steaks instead of NY Strips and Filet's etc. Our processor will reach out to you prior to processing to walk you through all of your options if you choose the custom cut option above!
How it works: You reserve a Big Country's Farm 1/2 Beef share today with a $600 deposit. We reserve one of our premium angus steers for your family. Our USDA-certified butcher will process your beef and pack it in individual vacuum-sealed packages. Once your beef is ready, we will send you an invoice to collect the rest of the payment ($1,898), then we will reach out to set up your pickup or delivery date!
