Securing a whole pork share represents the most economical way to enjoy our premium farm fresh pork with a variety of all of your favorite cuts. The first step in securing big country's pork for your family will be selecting your cut style below. Never bought a whole pig before? We're here to help! Standard Cut Includes approx. 120-130 lbs of premium, farm-raised heritage pork:
- Bone-In 1" Thick Cut Pork Chops
- 1" Thick Bone In Pork Steaks
- 2 Pork Tenderloins (lots of good recipes online)
- 2 Racks of Spare Ribs
- 18-20 lbs of the Best Bacon in 1 lb packages
- 3 lbs smoked jowl bacon
- 9-11 lbs of farm fresh ham sliced in 1 lb packages
- ground pork (unseasoned) in 1 lb packs (awesome burgers on the grill)
- Bratwurst in 1 lb packages (4 per package)
- Boneless pork cutlets (great on the grill or for pan frying)
- 2 Smoked Ham Hocks
Choose from Standard or Custom cuts, crafted to your specifications! Custom cut allows you to choose the thickness of your steaks and chops and other options, as well as if you want half or whole bone in hams or ham steaks or pork cutlets instead of sliced ham, or you can have each of your 2 hams done differently! Our processor will reach out to you prior to processing to walk you through all of your options if you choose the custom cut option above!
How it works: You reserve a Big Country's Farm Whole Pork Share today with a $250 deposit. We will then reserve one of our premium hogs for your family and our USDA-certified butcher will process your pork and pack it in individual vacuum-sealed packages. Once your pork is ready, we will send you an invoice to collect the rest of the payment, then we will reach out to arrange pickup or delivery details!

- All meat flash-frozen to preserve freshness, quality, and flavor for up to 2 years in your freezer! (1 yr on burger)
This package requires 6-8 cu ft of freezer space, if you don't have a big enough freezer, they're affordable and are a great investment that will serve you for many years! Most stores sell online, and will deliver and set up for free or for a minimal fee!

Free local pickup available in Waterloo IL and St. Louis, MO, or free delivery within 20 miles of Waterloo, IL and a $15 delivery fee for deliveries 20-50 miles from Waterloo, IL

Pricing: Place your Whole Pork deposit today for $250. Pay the rest ($647) when your pork is ready. Total amount: $897. Please note that deposits are non-refundable as they support the growth and care of a living animal which is an irreversible process.
