Approximately 125 lbs of vacuum-packed 100% Black Angus Beef
- 25% steaks: Ribeyes, NY Strip, Filets, Sirloins, Round
- 30% savory cuts: sirloin tip roast, arm roast, rump roast, chuck roasts, brisket, short ribs, and stew meat
- 45% premium ground beef: 85/15 blend
How it works: You reserve a Big Country's Farm 1/4 beef share today with a $300 deposit. We reserve one of our premium angus steers for your family. Our USDA-certified butcher will process your beef and pack it in individual vacuum-sealed packages. Once your beef is ready, we will send you an invoice to collect the rest of the payment ($1,195), then we will reach out to set up your delivery or pickup date!

Free local pickup available in Waterloo, IL and St. Louis, MO, or free delivery within 20 miles of Waterloo, IL and a $15 delivery fee for deliveries 20-50 miles from Waterloo, IL
