This box has been hand selected by Mike “Big Country” Kolweier himself and includes a variety of his personal favorite cuts. 
 
To be clear, we consider all of our meats “the good stuff.” But Mike wanted to pack all the fan favorites into this 30lb box including both our Premium Angus Beef and Farm Fresh Pork with truly something for everyone! Includes approx. 30 lbs of premium Angus Beef & Heritage Farm-raised pork:
  • 4-6 Dry-Aged Steaks (Ribeyes, Filets, Sirloins, NY Strip)

  • 5 lbs Premium Ground Beef (85/15)
  • 1 pack of Beef Brisket Bacon
  • 1 chuck roast
  • 1 Big Country's Farm Beef/Pork Summer Sausage
  • Customer Pork Favorites (Hickory Smoked Bacon, Smoked (Heat and Eat) Bone In Pork Chops And Regular Bone-In Pork Chops, and our Amazing Hickory Smoked Ham (sliced and ready to eat), Pork Steaks and Pork Cutlets

  • Farmers Choice (*Beef - Chuck Roast, Sirloin Tip Roast, Arm Roast, Rump Roast)  *Pork - Ribs, Ground Pork, Assorted Sausages
*Final contents of the "The Good Stuff" will be based on current availability 

 

  • Our premium angus beef is dry aged for optimal flavor and tenderness for 12-14 days
  • All of the beef and pork is professionally vacuum-sealed and labeled
  • All meat flash-frozen to preserve freshness, quality, and flavor for up to 2 years in your freezer!  (1 yr on the burger)

Free local pickup available in Waterloo, IL and St. Louis, MO, or free delivery within 20 miles of Waterloo, IL and a $15 delivery fee for deliveries 20-50 miles from Waterloo, IL
